Item Availability

Viking Sportsgoods endeavours to keep all information on the site up to date at all times, so as to give you the best information in regards to available products and sizes. Unfortunately there may be times when certain products have become unavailable, however are still listed on the site. In these instances we will contact you in a bid to find a similar product, suitable for your use. If no suitable product is found, a refund will be gladly given.

Shipping Methods and Costs (within Australia)

A standard flat rate postage of $12.50 is charged on all purchases within Australia. Multiple purchases, and certain other items, may incur a larger fee. If this is the case, we will be in contact with you to confirm this. A "best way" policy is used when shipping, with our courier Fastway most commonly being the best option. This allows us to track your order in the instance that it does not arrive within the timeframe expected. Australia Post is used for areas that Fastway do not service. Postage times will differ, depending on location and shipper used.

Shipping Methods and Costs (International)

Shipping costs for all international purchases will be dependent on quotation by Australia Post. We suggest contacting us prior to ordering, so as to determine the cost of the shipping. We use only Registered Post International with Australia Post when shipping outside Australia. A cheaper method may be used if requested, however failure to receive products will not be covered by Viking Sportsgoods in this instance.

International Buyers

International buyers (other than New Zealand) are strongly recommended to email admin@thefutebolshop.com in advance of ordering to determine a suitable payment methods as, in some instances, Credit Card or Bank Deposits may not be accepted from international buyers.

Prices

All prices on this website are listed in Australian or New Zealand Dollars (can be changed at the bottom of the page). All prices are current at the time of issue, however may be changed at any time without notice.

Refunds and Returns

If you are not happy with your product that was purchased from our site for any reason, Viking Sportsgoods is happy to exchange it or provide a refund, providing the product is returned in its original condition, undamaged. All freight charges will be paid for by the customer in this instance. If goods are faulty, freight charges will be paid for by Viking Sportsgoods. Determination of faulty goods will be at the discretion of Viking Sportsgoods. All returned items must be received within 30 days of the products dispatch date, and replacement items or refunds will only be processed once the item has been received by Viking Sportsgoods.
